Go Heidi Heidi Heidi, Alvin high School ex cheerleaders of '86 . We were overjoyed to learn that one of our own legendary cheerleaders is working at this amazing establishment. Great food great service and a great time reconnecting with all the hottie cheerleaders of school years passed. Definitely will be coming back to visit this girl and grab a few drinks
My friend had her graduation party here Saturday evening. This was my first time here! The waitresses and the staff were all wonderful and very attentive! The food was great! I like how it’s kid friendly! My teen daughter was excited to play pool for the first time! I will definitely be back!
It was my first time here, and I got to have food and drinks with friends that I used to work with. It was a good way to spend a rainy afternoon. Alicia was our wonderful bartender and helped us through our first time here
Great service and food. We got the tator tots, which I forgot to take a picture of. They were so delicious! Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. For the entree I got the hamburger steak. I told my hubby this was hamburger steak on crack! So delicious and beefy. The garlic mashed taters were yummy as well. My hubby got the club sandwich and onion rings. Both were really good. They also have a really nice stocked bar with lots of beer on tap. We highly recommend this place. We'll try the axe throwing next time.
This is a pretty sweet bar and grill.... We really wish they still had the axe throwing, but I guess I get it.... It wasn't in demand, but other than that, this place was great.... The food was amazing, my wife had the coconut shrimp and fried pickle spears, and I had the double axe burger with a side of fries... The coconut shrimp was really good, but the burger was amazing, the side of fries were pretty damn good also.... The bartender took care of us as good as she could with a full bar... I can definitely see us coming back to this joint

A special thank you to our server, Alicia, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our visit. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service greatly enhanced our dining experience. If you’re looking for great food, a fun atmosphere, and exceptional service, I highly recommend Big Axe Bar and Grill. I’ll definitely be returning and hope to be served by Alicia again in the future.
This place is the best! Great place to hang out during and after lunch. The bartenders (Alicia, Ashley, Lani, Heidi, McKenna) are welcoming, attentive, and on point with drinks. Darts, pool, drinks, and good food. Occasional concert and karaoke. What more could you ask for?
Wow! Eaten here many times but tonight the ‘spicy wings’ came out with japs - had an oven finished flavor that’s their thing here, but it soaked into the japs and turned a corner in my eats! Stuck my head in and thanked the cook. Fyi - I already ate one and some carrots, biggest wings ever at the Big Axe!
